The project is aimed at providing agro-tourism focused language courses. The main outcome will be two interactive on-line courses in English and German using web technologies and email tutoring.

Aim of the project

The project is aimed at providing specialist, agro-tourism focused language courses. As a result two on-line language courses in English and German will be created. Their purpose is to improve the quality and availability of specialist language courses for public administration from rural regions.

Promoting an innovative way of professional training in the field of agro-tourism.

E-learning

Distance education has been a way of learning used and appreciated for many years.

Only the means have changed: from learning by correspondence and universities on TV and the radio to high technology – e-learning – that provides an interactive way of acquiring knowledge.

Learning using web sites is a method more and more used. The evidence of its popularity (and therefore its success) is that in 2006 almost 75% of Higher Education Organizations from USA offered different ways of education via the internet.
